- Accidental Damage or Trauma: Physical impact (e.g., dropping the piece, crushing a band, catching a prong on a hard surface) or exposure to harsh household chemicals.
- Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover the loss of the jewelry piece or the loss of a major center stone.
- Third-Party Alterations: Any work performed by a jeweler outside of Stark Jewelers immediately voids the warranty.

We take full responsibility for the masterful setting of your gemstones at the time of manufacturing, meaning they are structurally secure when they leave our studio.
